Actor Marion “Pooch” Hall of the Showtime series “Ray Donovan” was arrested in Burbank on suspicion of driving drunk, police said Thursday.
Hall, 44, of Sherman Oaks, was taken into custody about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of North Buena Vista Street, said Burbank police Sgt. Derek Green. He was released Thursday morning on $100,000 bail, Green said.
Officers were sent to the location on a report of a traffic crash, Green said.
“When police officers arrived, witnesses reported seeing a man driving a Chrysler 300 sedan weaving in and out of traffic with a small child seated on his lap,” Green said.
“One witness reported seeing the child’s hands on the steering wheel,” Green said. “This driver ultimately collided with a parked vehicle and was detained at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence.”
No injuries were reported, Green said.
“Mr. Hall displayed obvious signs of alcohol intoxication and was unable to perform standardized field sobriety tests,” Greens said. “Mr Hall’s two-year-old son was riding in the car with him at the time of the collision and was determined to have been riding in the vehicle unrestrained, as required by law.”
The boy was released to the custody of Hall’s wife at the accident scene, Green said.
