Blac Chyna will have another chance to shore up a lawsuit against Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kris and Kylie Jenner that alleges the four damaged the plaintiff’s brand by saying she physically abused her boyfriend Rob Kardashian, a judge ruled Friday.

Chyna sued Rob Kardashian and the other four on Oct. 17, 2017. The complaint has twice been amended and Friday’s hearing dealt with the allegations against all of the defendants except Rob Kardashian.

Chyna, who turned 30 Friday, and Rob Kardashian began dating in January 2016 and had a baby girl, Dream, that November. They split a month later.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Randolph Hammock said the causes of action for defamation and intentional interference with contractual relations will remain in the case. However, Chyna’s lawyers will have to provide more details to support the claims for intentional interference with prospective economic relations, unfair business practices and interference with contractual relations, Hammock said.

In July 2017, Rob Kardashian, 31, used social media to post pictures of Chyna’s naked breasts, backside and genitals. He also accused her of sleeping with another man in “the same bed Chyna and I made our baby in.”

He later took down some of the photos. In her lawsuit, Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, alleged she suffered significant damages and that the scandal caused her reality show with Rob Kardashian, “Rob & Chyna,” to be canceled by E! when the Kardashians allegedly demanded that it not be renewed.

But during the hearing, Hammock said he needs more concrete details that the network would have given Chyna a second season of her show but for the false statements against her, including the alleged comment by the four women to E! Network representatives in late 2016 and early 2017 that Chyna physically abused Rob Kardashian.

“(Chyna) … alleges that defendants knew when they published the statement that (Chyna) was not physically abusive toward Rob Kardashian,” Hammock wrote in his decision.

Hammock had said in his tentative ruling that he was going to dismiss the claim for intentional interference with prospective economic relations, but he changed his mind after hearing plaintiff’s attorney Lynne Brennan’s arguments and said he would allow Chyna another chance to provide details supporting the allegation.
