Caltrans will close the McClure Tunnel on Wednesday night, February 18, from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Thursday, February 19) to allow a Caltrans tunnel washing crew to remove soot and dirt from the tunnel’s walls and ceiling.
Westbound Santa Monica Freeway (I-10) will be closed at Lincoln Blvd, and southbound Pacific Coast Highway (PCH, SR-1) will be closed at the California Incline.
A signed detour will be in place, and California Highway Patrol will be on duty. Minor delays are expected.
