Los Angeles firefighters extricated one person from a vehicle involved in a traffic collision in Pacific Palisades today, a fire official said.

The accident was reported at 14177 W. Sunset Blvd. at 1:46 p.m., said
Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The person was taken to a hospital in unknown condition at 2:04 p.m.,
Stewart said.

Traffic in the area was affected, she said.
